This page explains how Storybit AI handles information submitted through the launch list, collaboration inquiries, guest applications or nominations.

We collect the candidate’s name, role, organization, city and country, public profile if supplied, preferred language, proposed question, experience and reasons for nomination. We also collect the submitter’s name, email and relationship to the candidate. These details are sent to Notion for editorial fit review and contact about the submission. When nominating someone else, share relevant professional information you are entitled to provide and avoid sensitive or private information. Nominees may use the privacy contact below to ask about their data or request correction or deletion.
What we collect
We collect your email address when you join the launch list. For a collaboration inquiry, we collect your name, work email, organization, collaboration type, and message.
Why we use it
We use this information to send the launch announcement and Storybit Brief you requested, or to respond to a collaboration inquiry. We do not sell your data or use it to build advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Forms are sent through Storybit's server and stored in private Notion databases. Access is limited to people authorized to manage the launch and partnership conversations.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Partnership notes are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were sent.

You may unsubscribe from any email you receive. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact privacy@storybitai.com.
Updates
We will update this page if the data we collect, its purposes, or its processors change.
